Delavnica je del projektnih aktivnosti, usmerjenih v razvoj vklju\u010dujo\u010dih, participativnih in dostopnih muzejsko-prakti\u010dnih pristopov, s posebnim poudarkom na vlogi muzeja kot varnega, odprtega in dru\u017ebeno odgovornega prostora.<br \/>\nIzhodi\u0161\u010de delavnice je bilo spoznanje, da inkluzija ni mogo\u010da brez izobra\u017eenih, ob\u010dutljivih in opolnomo\u010denih zaposlenih, ki so v neposrednem stiku z obiskovalci. Zato delavnica ni bila osredoto\u010dena le na razvoj publike, ampak predvsem na dolgoro\u010dno krepitev zmogljivosti muzeja preko razvoja strokovnih kompetenc zaposlenih.<\/p>\n<p>Delavnica je potekala skozi ve\u010d tematskih sklopov, ki so zdru\u017eevali teoreti\u010dna predavanja, prakti\u010dne primere, izkustveno u\u010denje in skupinsko delo. Udele\u017eenci so se seznanili z:<\/p>\n<p>-obstoje\u010dimi muzejskimi praksami in izzivi dostopnosti v Gradskem muzeju Vara\u017edin<\/p>\n<p>-osnovnimi zna\u010dilnostmi in potrebami razli\u010dnih ranljivih skupin (otroci z razvojnimi te\u017eavami, osebe z invalidnostjo, osebe iz avtisti\u010dnega spektra, osebe z okvaro vida in sluha, starej\u0161i in socialno ranljive skupine)<\/p>\n<p>-na\u010deli inkluzivne, verbalne in neverbalne komunikacije<\/p>\n<p>-senzorno, prostorsko in \u010dustveno dostopnostjo muzejskih vsebin<\/p>\n<p>Poseben poudarek je bil na glasbi in umetnostni terapiji kot vklju\u010dujo\u010dih orodjih v muzejski kontekst. Glasba je bila predstavljena kot univerzalna oblika neverbalne komunikacije, ki spodbuja \u010dustveno uravnavanje, zmanj\u0161uje tesnobo in krepi ob\u010dutek povezanosti, medtem ko je umetnostna terapija izpostavljena kot prostor za svobodno izra\u017eanje, senzorno prilagajanje in aktivno sodelovanje v muzejskih programih. Radionica je dio projektnih aktivnosti usmjerenih na razvoj inkluzivnih, participativnih i pristupa\u010dnih muzejskih praksi, s posebnim naglaskom na ulogu muzeja kao sigurnog, otvorenog i dru\u0161tveno odgovornog prostora.<br \/>\nPolazi\u0161te radionice bila je spoznaja da inkluzija nije mogu\u0107a bez educiranih, senzibiliziranih i osna\u017eenih djelatnika koji su u izravnom kontaktu s publikom. Stoga se radionica nije fokusirala isklju\u010divo na razvoj publike, ve\u0107 prvenstveno na dugoro\u010dno ja\u010danje kapaciteta muzeja kroz razvoj profesionalnih kompetencija zaposlenika.<\/p>\n<p>Radionica je provedena kroz vi\u0161e tematskih cjelina koje su kombinirale teorijska predavanja, prakti\u010dne primjere, iskustveno u\u010denje i grupni rad.<br \/>\nSudionici su se upoznali s:<\/p>\n<p>-postoje\u0107im muzejskim praksama i izazovima pristupa\u010dnosti u Gradskom muzeju Vara\u017edin<\/p>\n<p>-osnovnim obilje\u017ejima i potrebama razli\u010ditih ranjivih skupina (djeca s te\u0161ko\u0107ama u razvoju, osobe s invaliditetom, osobe iz spektra autizma, osobe s o\u0161te\u0107enjem vida i sluha, starije i socijalno osjetljive skupine)<\/p>\n<p>-na\u010delima inkluzivne, verbalne i neverbalne komunikacije<\/p>\n<p>-senzornom, prostornom i emocionalnom pristupa\u010dno\u0161\u0107u muzejskih sadr\u017eaja<\/p>\n<p>Poseban naglasak stavljen je na glazbu i art terapiju kao inkluzivne alate u muzejskom kontekstu. Glazba je predstavljena kao univerzalni oblik neverbalne komunikacije koji poti\u010de emocionalnu regulaciju, smanjuje tjeskobu i ja\u010da osje\u0107aj povezanosti, dok je art terapija istaknuta kao prostor slobodnog izra\u017eavanja, senzorne prilagodbe i aktivnog sudjelovanja u muzejskim programima.<br \/>\nRadionica je uklju\u010divala i prakti\u010dne grupne aktivnosti u kojima su sudionici kroz iskustveno u\u010denje, simulacije i refleksiju razvijali razumijevanje pona\u0161anja ranjivih skupina te osmi\u0161ljavali primjenjiva rje\u0161enja za inkluzivno oblikovanje muzejskih programa.<\/p>\n<p>Radionicu su proveli stru\u010dnjaci iz podru\u010dja muzejske pedagogije, edukacijske rehabilitacije, glazbene pedagogije, komunikacijskih znanosti i art terapije: Lila Herceg
