Cilj je tako\u0111er izgradnja kapaciteta stru\u010dnog osoblja, prijenos znanja izme\u0111u partnera te priprema stru\u010dnih podloga za sistemske promjene i prijedloge politika u obje zemlje. Kroz socijalne inovacije i prekograni\u010dnu suradnju stvoriti \u0107e se trajni mehanizmi i rje\u0161enja za podizanje kvalitete socijalne skrbi.<\/p>\n<p>Memorandum su potpisale pro\u010delnica UO za socijalnu politiku i mlade Primorsko-goranske \u017eupanije Dragica Mara\u010d, ravnateljica Doma za starije osobe Kantrida Melita Raukar, ravnateljica Zaklade Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Rijeci Bojana \u0106ulum Ili\u0107 i Suzanna Me\u017enarec Novoselec u ime Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta Alma Mater Europaea. Cilj je tudi krepitev kapacitet strokovnega osebja, prenos znanja med partnerji ter priprava strokovnih podlag za sistemske spremembe in predloge politik v obeh dr\u017eavah. S pomo\u010djo socialnih inovacij in \u010dezmejnega sodelovanja se bodo ustvarili trajni mehanizmi in re\u0161itve za dvig kakovosti socialnega varstva. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Memorandum so podpisale vodja Urada za socialno politiko in mladino Primorsko-goranske \u017eupanije Dragica Mara\u010d, direktorica Doma za starej\u0161e osebe Kantrida Melita Raukar, direktorica Fundacije Univerze na Reki Bojana \u0106ulum Ili\u0107 ter Suzanna Me\u017enarec Novoselec v imenu Univerze Alma Mater Europaea. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Z namenom prepoznati vrednost vzpostavljenega sodelovanja in dose\u017eenih rezultatov ta Memorandum izra\u017ea skupen namen podpisnikov, da sodelovanje nadaljujejo in nadgradijo, da bi zagotovili
