V dokumentu so bili analizirani izzivi in mo\u017enosti sodelovanja skozi identifikacijo dele\u017enikov, predstavljeni so bili dosedanji rezultati projekta I-PRODER in podani konkretni predlogi za vzpostavitev u\u010dinkovitega \u010dezmejnega sodelovanja. Z modelom sodelovanja je bila spodbujena izmenjava znanja in dobrih praks ter razvoj skupnih re\u0161itev, prilagojenih \u010dezmejnim potrebam in s posebnim poudarkom na <strong>vklju\u010denost, transparentnost in dolgoro\u010dno trajnost<\/strong>. U dokumentu su analizirani izazovi i mogu\u0107nosti suradnje kroz identifikaciju dionika, prikazani dosada\u0161nji rezultati projekta I-PRODER te pripremljeni konkretni prijedlozi za uspostavu u\u010dinkovite prekograni\u010dne suradnje. Modelom suradnje poti\u010de se razmjena znanja i dobrih praksi te razvoj zajedni\u010dkih rje\u0161enja prilago\u0111enih prekograni\u010dnim potrebama s posebnim naglaskom na\u00a0<strong>uklju\u010divost, transparentnost i dugoro\u010dnu odr\u017eivost<\/strong>.
