Cilj predloga je poenostaviti interakcijo dr\u017eavljanov EU, ki se selijo ali delajo v drugih dr\u017eavah \u010dlanicah EU, s pristojnimi organi ali ponudniki storitev na podro\u010dju socialne varnosti. Z omogo\u010danjem varnega in hitrega preverjanja pravic iz socialne varnosti ter pripadajo\u010dih dokumentov prek digitalne re\u0161itve se bo zmanj\u0161alo administrativno breme ter tveganje za napake in goljufije.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cilj javnega posvetovanja je zbrati mnenja in povratne informacije o:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>obsegu in naravi obstoje\u010dih te\u017eav;<\/li>\n<li>ciljih predlagane pobude;<\/li>\n<li>obravnavanih politi\u010dnih mo\u017enostih; ter<\/li>\n<li>njihovih potencialnih u\u010dinkih, vklju\u010dno z mo\u017enostmi za poenostavitev.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vabimo vas k sodelovanju v posvetovanju in vas vljudno prosimo, da to informacijo posredujete tudi drugim relevantnim dele\u017enikom, ki bi jih prispevanje njihovih stali\u0161\u010d lahko zanimalo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Javno posvetovanje je odprto do 16. aprila 2026 in je <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/law\/better-regulation\/have-your-say\/initiatives\/15912-Evropska-izkaznica-socialnega-zavarovanja_sl\">dostopno na tej povezavi<\/a>.
