Cilj tega projekta je pove\u010dati zmogljivosti regionalnih samouprav in drugih dele\u017enikov v \u0161estih regijah Srednje in Vzhodne Evrope za pripravo regionalnih energetskih in podnebnih akcijskih na\u010drtov, usklajenih z nacionalnimi integriranimi na\u010drti za energijo in podnebje ter cilji, opredeljenimi v Evropskem zelenem dogovoru. Glede na to, da <strong>projekt spodbuja pravi\u010den prehod in zagotavlja vklju\u010devanje ranljivih skupin \u2013 zlasti energetsko revnih prebivalcev \u2013 v prehod v zeleno in trajnostno dru\u017ebo<\/strong>, je to klju\u010dna povezava med obema projektoma.<\/p>\n<p>Udele\u017eencem so bile predstavljene osnovne informacije o projektu I-PRODER, vklju\u010dno s pregledom delovnih paketov ter izvedenih in na\u010drtovanih aktivnosti. Predstavljena sta bila tudi dva pomembna dokumenta, razvita v okviru projekta &#8211; <strong>Primerjalni analizi regionalnih, nacionalnih in EU politik ter instrumentov v boju z energetsko rev\u0161\u010dino.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V okviru predstavitve so bile predstavljene politike in instrumenti v boju z energetsko rev\u0161\u010dino, ki jih imata Republika Hrva\u0161ka in Republika Slovenija, s ciljem prenosa primerov dobrih praks na \u010dezmejnem obmo\u010dju, tako na nacionalni, regionalni kot lokalni ravni. Namen tega je bil dodatno spodbuditi udele\u017eence k sprejetju konkretnih ukrepov za zmanj\u0161anje energetske rev\u0161\u010dine.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-body .fusion-builder-column-0{width:50% !important;margin-top : 0px;margin-bottom : 20px;}.fusion-builder-column-0 > .fusion-column-wrapper {padding-top : 0px !important;padding-right : 0px !important;margin-right : 3.84%;padding-bottom : 0px !important;padding-left : 0px !important;margin-left : 3.84%;}@media only screen and (max-width:1024px) {.fusion-body .fusion-builder-column-0{width:50% !important;order : 0;}.fusion-builder-column-0 > .fusion-column-wrapper {margin-right : 3.84%;margin-left : 3.84%;}}@media only screen and (max-width:640px) {.fusion-body .fusion-builder-column-0{width:100% !important;order : 0;}.fusion-builder-column-0 > .fusion-column-wrapper {margin-right : 1.92%;margin-left : 1.92%;}}<\/style><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 fusion-flex-column\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\" style=\"background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>U srijedu, 21. svibnja 2025. godine, u dvorani Tehnolo\u0161ko-inovacijskog centra Me\u0111imurje (TICM I) odr\u017eana je informativno-edukativna radionica namijenjena jedinicama lokalne i regionalne samouprave te ostalim relevantnim regionalnim i lokalnim dionicima projekta <strong><em>Izazovi za sprje\u010davanje i suzbijanje energetskog siroma\u0161tva (I-PRODER)<\/em><\/strong><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Uz predstavljanje projekta I-PRODER, sudionicima su prezentirani i rezultati projekta <strong><em>Dizajn i provedba regionalnih javnih inicijativa za pravednu energetsku tranziciju odr\u017eive energetske unije Srednje i Isto\u010dne Europe (CEESEU-DIGIT)<\/em><\/strong>. Ovaj projekt ima za cilj pove\u0107anje kapaciteta regionalne samouprave i ostalih dionika u \u0161est regija Srednje i Isto\u010dne Europe za potrebe razvoja regionalnih energetskih i klimatskih akcijskih planova uskla\u0111enih sa nacionalnim integriranim energetskim i klimatskim planovima te ciljevima definiranim u sklopu Europskog zelenog plana.\u00a0S obzirom na to da <strong>projekt promi\u010de pravednu tranziciju i osigurava uklju\u010denost ranjivih skupina \u2013 osobito energetski siroma\u0161nih gra\u0111ana \u2013 u prijelazu na zeleno i odr\u017eivo dru\u0161tvo<\/strong>, ujedno je to i klju\u010dna poveznica izme\u0111u ova dva projekta.<\/p>\n<p>Sudionicima su predstavljene osnovne informacije o projektu I-PRODER, uklju\u010duju\u0107i prikaz radnih paketa te provedenih i planiranih aktivnosti. Tako\u0111er su im predstavljena dva va\u017ena dokumenta izra\u0111ena u sklopu projekta \u2013 <strong>Komparativne analize regionalnih, nacionalnih i EU politika i instrumenata u borbi protiv energetskog siroma\u0161tva<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Kroz prezentaciju su predstavljene politike i instrumenti u borbi protiv energetskog siroma\u0161tva koje posjeduju Republika Hrvatska i Republika Slovenija, s ciljem mogu\u0107nosti prijenosa primjera dobre prakse u prekograni\u010dnom podru\u010dju, kako na nacionalnoj, tako i na regionalnoj i lokalnoj razini. Time se sudionike nastojalo dodatno potaknuti na konkretne korake u ubla\u017eavanju energetskog siroma\u0161tva.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-body
