Dokument vzpostavlja skupen \u010dezmejni pristop k prepoznavanju in obravnavi enega najpomembnej\u0161ih aktualnih dru\u017ebenih in energetskih izzivov.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Osrednji cilj Akcijskega na\u010drta je do leta 2030 zmanj\u0161ati dele\u017e energetsko revnih gospodinjstev za najmanj eno tretjino. Za dosego tega cilja predvideva vrsto usklajenih ukrepov, med katerimi so:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>energetska prenova stanovanjskih stavb,<\/li>\n<li>pove\u010danje rabe obnovljivih virov energije,<\/li>\n<li>krepitev sistemov socialne podpore,<\/li>\n<li>razvoj brezpla\u010dnega energetskega svetovanja,<\/li>\n<li>vzpostavitev skupne metodologije za prepoznavanje energetske rev\u0161\u010dine ter<\/li>\n<li>krepitev \u010dezmejnega sodelovanja in vzpostavitev skupnih podpornih centrov.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Dokument poudarja, da energetska rev\u0161\u010dina ni zgolj posledica nizkih dohodkov, temve\u010d tudi slabe energetske u\u010dinkovitosti stavb, visokih cen energije in omejenih mo\u017enosti za prenovo domov. Predlagani ukrepi bodo prispevali k ni\u017ejim stro\u0161kom energije, vi\u0161ji kakovosti bivanja, varovanju okolja ter ve\u010dji odpornosti lokalnih skupnosti.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Akcijski na\u010drt predstavlja pomembno strokovno podlago za pripravo prihodnjih javnih politik in projektov, usmerjenih v pravi\u010den energetski prehod ter nadaljnjo krepitev \u010dezmejnega sodelovanja med Slovenijo in Hrva\u0161ko.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">K sodelovanju vabimo ob\u010dine, regionalne razvojne agencije, energetske agencije, javne zavode ter druge relevantne dele\u017enike, da svoj interes izrazijo s podpisom <strong>Protokola o sodelovanju<\/strong>. Obrazec za podpis Protokola je na voljo na naslednji <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1jq5-f5OFUE5Zun9QEquS2QQxkA9H3lS7\/edit#heading=h.bot5kr3f7ezt\">POVEZAVI<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-body .fusion-builder-column-0{width:50% !important;margin-top : 0px;margin-bottom : 20px;}.fusion-builder-column-0 > .fusion-column-wrapper {padding-top : 0px !important;padding-right : 0px !important;margin-right : 3.84%;padding-bottom : 0px !important;padding-left : 0px !important;margin-left : 3.84%;}@media only screen and (max-width:1024px) {.fusion-body .fusion-builder-column-0{width:50% !important;order : 0;}.fusion-builder-column-0 > .fusion-column-wrapper {margin-right : 3.84%;margin-left : 3.84%;}}@media only screen and (max-width:640px) {.fusion-body .fusion-builder-column-0{width:100% !important;order : 0;}.fusion-builder-column-0 > .fusion-column-wrapper {margin-right : 1.92%;margin-left : 1.92%;}}<\/style><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 fusion-flex-column\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\" style=\"background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\">U okviru projekta <strong>I-PRODER \u2013 Izazovi za sprje\u010davanje i suzbijanje energetskog siroma\u0161tva<\/strong>, sufinanciranog iz programa Interreg Slovenija \u2013 Hrvatska 2021. \u2013 2027., izra\u0111en je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.menea.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/D.3.3.1-Akcijski-nacrt-za-preprecevanje-energetske-revscine_SI-HR_final.pdf\"><strong>Akcijski plan za sprje\u010davanje i suzbijanje energetskog siroma\u0161tva s preporukama za donositelje odluka<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dokument predstavlja strate\u0161ki okvir za smanjenje energetskog siroma\u0161tva na podru\u010dju Podravlja, Pomurja, Me\u0111imurske i Vara\u017edinske \u017eupanije te donosi zajedni\u010dki pristup prepoznavanju i rje\u0161avanju ovog sve izra\u017eenijeg dru\u0161tvenog i energetskog izazova.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Glavni cilj Akcijskog plana je do 2030. godine smanjiti udio energetski siroma\u0161nih ku\u0107anstava za najmanje jednu tre\u0107inu kroz provedbu mjera koje uklju\u010duju:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>energetsku obnovu stambenih objekata,<\/li>\n<li>pove\u0107anje kori\u0161tenja obnovljivih izvora energije,<\/li>\n<li>ja\u010danje sustava socijalne potpore,<\/li>\n<li>razvoj besplatnog energetskog savjetovanja,<\/li>\n<li>uspostavu zajedni\u010dke metodologije za prepoznavanje energetskog siroma\u0161tva,<\/li>\n<li>razvoj prekograni\u010dne suradnje i zajedni\u010dkih centara podr\u0161ke.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Akcijski plan nagla\u0161ava kako energetsko siroma\u0161tvo nije samo posljedica niskih prihoda, ve\u0107 i lo\u0161e energetske u\u010dinkovitosti zgrada, visokih tro\u0161kova energije te ograni\u010denog pristupa obnovi domova. Predlo\u017eene mjere doprinose smanjenju tro\u0161kova energije, pobolj\u0161anju kvalitete stanovanja, za\u0161titi okoli\u0161a i ja\u010danju otpornosti lokalnih zajednica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dokument predstavlja va\u017enu podlogu za budu\u0107e javne politike i projekte usmjerene prema pravednoj energetskoj tranziciji te u\u010dinkovitijoj prekograni\u010dnoj suradnji izme\u0111u Hrvatske i Slovenije. Pozivaju se jedinice lokalne i podru\u010dne (regionalne) samouprave, razvojne i energetske agencije, javne ustanove te ostali relevantni dionici da svoj interes za sudjelovanje iska\u017eu potpisivanjem <strong>Protokola o suradnji<\/strong>, \u010diji obrazac je dostupan putem sljede\u0107e <a
