The added value of the project was an early integration and intervention, which significantly reduced the costs and improved the quality of life of people with disabilities, their caretakers and of local communities in which people with disabilities lived. Outputs of the project were: an analysis of the situation and needs of educational professionals to work with people with special needs; a bilingual education program; workshops for educators and teachers;
