<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">There were three specific cross-border objectives of the project. The first was the development of the management plan, which requires European legislation. It is also a promotion of the heritage potential, allowing the existence and enhancing the chances of a partial restoration and use for development purposes. The second objective of the project was to develop recognition of Claustra and its potential in the minds of certain target groups, acknowledging them with the development opportunities of conservation and sustainable use of this source for the local networking and the economy. The third objective of the project was to develop a concrete cooperation between the cultural institutions of the two countries, through the exchange of good practices and standardization of the conservation principles and approaches; A very important monument was included in the project, which is set in both countries. Therefore, it is in accordance with international law in the field of cultural heritage and the presentation of possible joint cooperation. Cross-border cooperation is one of the most successful forms of cooperation in EU programs, and therefore has a great added value. Monument CAI, which is located in both countries, can be compared with similar Roman defense systems, which are now already included in the UNESCO list (World Heritage List), under the symbol &#8220;Frontiers of Roman Empire&#8221;.
