Activities were set to improve the existing services of supportive environment. Coaching and consulting on intellectual property rights and their optimum embedding into technology companies\u2019 business models, supported innovative ideas to be put on the market. The combination of partners and all other support organizations in the regions enabled the setup of a database of promising ideas, its promotion and long term use. IPA can enable an important topic to be brought into focus (intellectual property) which has no visible role in entrepreneurship promotion today, but is crucial for cooperation of academia and industry. IPA can enable regional potentials (innovative ideas) to be brought to life.
