For the monitoring of the implementation, including the application process and reporting, the Cooperation Programme Interreg SI-HR will use the eMS information system. The eMS is a monitoring system with communication portal to support submission, approval, management and administration of the projects and Programme. The system supports collection of all information on submitted and approved projects, their assessment, implementation and achievements as well as modifications and closure.
