The combination of partners and all other support organizations in the regions enabled the setup of a database of promising ideas, its promotion and long term use. IPA can enable an important topic to be brought into focus (intellectual property) which has no visible role in entrepreneurship promotion today, but is crucial for cooperation of academia and industry.
