Guidelines for Final Beneficiaries

Important note for the projects approved under the 3rd Call for Proposals

Third paragraph of the Article 105a (2) Regulation No. 1083/2006, as introduced by the Accession Treaty of Croatia states:
»Other operations than those referred to in the first and second subparagraphs and for which calls for proposals were launched in accordance with Article 158 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 718/2007 or for which applications had been submitted to the competent authorities before the date of accession, and for which the contracting could only be finalised after that date, shall be implemented in accordance with the conditions and eligibility rules published in the relevant call for proposals or those communicated in advance to potential beneficiaries.«

This means that the same eligibility rules as published in the Call apply for all operations approved within the Calls for Proposals which were published before the Croatia`s Accessin to the European Union. Therefore, for all operations approved under the 3rd Call for Proposals of the OP IPA SI-HR 2007-2013 apply the eligibility rules as published within the application pack of the relevant Call including PRAG rules in the filed of public procurement. At this point it is also important to stress that for all operations, which were approved and started to implement after 30 June 2013, apply that they should not reffer tot he Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) when stating the name of the programe and also in general in the field of information and puiblicity of the public and therefore the new short name of the programme is OP SI-HR 2007-2013.
