International training on the use of eMS information system for the representatives of NCUs from Austria, Croatia, Hungary and Slovenia

Ljubljana, 21 March 2017 – Government Office for Development and European Cohesion Policy in its role as Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat for Interreg V-A Cooperation Programmes Slovenia-Austria, Slovenia-Hungary and Slovenia-Croatia delivered a training for national first-level controllers on the use of the electronic monitoring system (eMS). More than 60 representatives of first-level control units from Austria, Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia, and of the Certifying Authority (Public Fund of the Republic of Slovenia for Regional and Rural Development) participated in the workshop whose purpose was to improve and speed up the approval of progress reports.

The training was conducted amid announcement of positive opinion by an independent Audit Authority which declared that the Managing Authority and the Certifying Authority for the Interreg V-A Cooperation Programmes Slovenia-Austria, Slovenia-Hungary and Slovenia-Croatia meet the set designation criteria during the accreditation process.
